Milestones maintains policies and procedures intended to protect PHI in any form. Staff undergo regular privacy training including steps they must take to safeguard your information. Our computer systems protect your electronic PHI at all times. In the unlikely event of a data breech that may have compromised the privacy or security of your information, we will let you know promptly. Here at Milestones, we recognize that complaints relayed to us from our patients will assist us in our endeavor to ensure patient safety and enhance the services we provide.
